Cooling systems
The Madero cooling tanks possess an excellent quality that exceeds the standards, their reliability, durability and precision in temperature control and wash system ensures an excellent performance.
All our tanks are fabricated in highly polished 304 stainless steel, they possess a heat transfer surface called TEMP-PLATE that maximizes cooling efficiency and have a double insulated wall that avoids temperature losses.
Temperature Alert
Ignition control of the automatic wash system.Easy monitoring of cooling, pre-cooling, shaking and washing, reduces the possibility of losing milk due to temperature changes.
Time programming for automatic stirring to mix the milk properly in samples or after cooling.
For greater safety, electrical components and cleaning chemicals are in different compartments.
HighPerForm® III control
It is designed to equip any wash and cooling control in the market. The HighPerForm III control works with robotic milking machines for a remote start to activate the cooling and wash functions. Its main advantages are:
