AT series

AT plates are highly efficient to instantly cool large quantities of milk per hour. Their excellent design allows to decrease operation time and maximizes energetic efficiency. They fullfil the objective of cooling more milk in less time at a cheaper cost.

The cooling principle used is generated by indirect exchange, it consists in a series of stainless steel plates compressed in a frame which has channels in both sides where milk flows at body temperature in a direction and cold water flows the opposite way, generating like this an effective and instant cooling without altering milk properties. This allows to store milk at an optimal temperature to inhibit the development of bacteria.
