The Madero pre-cooling system allows to decrease milk temperature faster with a lower energy consumption. It is adaptable to any herd size and it can be used in a complementary way with cooling tanks and instant cooling systems.

Pre-cooling tower

A pre-cooling tower decreases water temperature to later pass it through cooling plates to decrease milk temperature, allowing a faster, more efficient and energy saving cooling.

Cooling plate

The cooling plate is an essential part of the precooling system since this is where the exchange of temperatures happen allowing to maintain a good milk quality.
