Madero HMI Control
Automated control system
The Madero HMI Control is a system designed to control the operation of the rotatory platform, crowd gate, cow cooling systems, manure management systems and almost any device that is available in the dairy farm.
This system increases its capabilities in a modular way.
Platform control
Operation mode selector, variable or fixed speedRotation direction selector
Platform speed control, it counts with 3 adjustable velocities
Platform speed control
You can choose the desired speed by pushing the velocity button and you may also increase or decrease the speed of the platform according to your needs.
Rotation direction
The selector of the rotary direction is used to define which way the platform is going to turn, either left or right.
Extra modules
The Madero HMI Control has the flexibility to add certain updates to control other elements such as:
Flushing valves.Cow cooling systems.
Crowd gate.
Curtains in the pens.
Crowd gate control
Forward, backward, upward and downward functions.Automatic return. Alarm selectors for manual or automatic use.
Flushing valves control
Operation mode selector, manual or automatic. The valves can be activated in a direct way while being in the manual mode or by a pre-established time sequence when being in automatic mode.
Cow cooling system control
Fan and sprinkler management in manual or automatic mode.
