Automated coupling system for driving units
The driving unit coupler is a system that allows to quickly couple and uncouple in an automatic way any driving unit from the rotary milking system.
The drive unit coupling has a high precision pressure regulator in each unit that allows a uniform coupling of the traction wheels.
When it couples evenly against the beam, the driving units use the necessary strength to keep the beam constantly rotating to avoid any slippings. As there are no slippings, the wear of the traction wheel covers is reduced and the life time can be doubled.
This homogeneous coupling benefit can also be seen in the engines, since the strength against the beam in more controlled and therefore the arrows of the engines have less risk of failure. This way you can avoid failures or possible breaks.
